Wall School District Open Enrollment Application
The Wall School District is now accepting Open Enrollment Applications for students wishing to attend a school outside of their resident district.
Families interested in applying may download the Open Enrollment form using the link below or pick up a copy at the school office. The form requires parent/guardian information, student details, requested district information, and authorization to release student records. By submitting the application, parents/guardians give permission for the resident district to share academic and relevant records with the requested district in accordance with FERPA guidelines.
Please note:
- Applications must be submitted by the state deadlines:
- Last Friday in September, for the first semester enrollment
- Last Friday in January, for the second semester enrollment
- Each student requires a separate application.
- Approval is determined by the non-resident (requested) district based on state law and district policies.
- Once approved, the student is expected to remain in the non-resident district unless both districts agree in writing to a change.
Completed forms should be submitted to the appropriate school district office. Copies will be shared with both the resident and the requested districts, as well as the parent/guardian.
